I presently utilize an app (Appstle), but it appears to be designed for individual products. If you only want to restrict the content accessibility for specific category of users, yes that can be done with help of custom code in the theme.

Sorry for being late you can create these plans using any subscription app like Seal Subscription.

You can custom code in the theme to not show for login users, use the below code to implement the user login check in the theme.

For the login form to be in the right corner needs a more complex code edit that will require hire hope you understand.
