Can I deploy Shopify CLI app on servers other than Heroku?

I have used the below article the create the app

I have created the app using CLI. it works fine in my local setup. when I am trying to deploy on a server using the command "npm run deploy". I am facing the error " argument missing "

We can deploy the Shopify CLI app only on the Heroku server or we can deploy the app on another server?

@sbdevcan you find any solutions i have same error . can you please help me.
