Thanks for your question. Yes, you can use those apps on the Starter plan. All social and marketplace channels that are available on other plans are available with the Starter plan. The only exceptions are channels or apps that require you to edit your theme code - those are not accessible at this time.

To view the eligibility of any apps, you can visit the app store and see if the app is available to download with your plan.
