Can I enforce different billing methods for Shopify and non-Shopify users?

Hello, I have an existing Web App for E-Commerce stores and I also want to add Shopify Support to it with Shopify App Store distribution. I have questions about Billing of non-shopify user, I reached official support chat but they didn't helped and suggested community forum.

I want to continue using custom payment solutions like stripe for other customers of my App but I want to enforce Shopify billing for Shopify merchants. Is that possible? Is it againts Shopify App Store policy?
