Can I install an app for an inventory grid on my online store?

Hi is there app available that I can install on the back end of my Shopify shop that will show inventory in a grid and customers can enter quantity and order easily. I have attached image to better explain, thank you for all your help and look forward to hearing back from you.

No, their is no such type of apps.

It's customization work. Hire a Developer. to customize this.
