Can I keep the old reviews when I get a new app?

Currently I have the app Judge.me for reviews but I'm thinking of getting Loox to be able to include pictures, but I don't want to loose the reviews I have already collected thru Judge.me. Can those reviews be included in the new app and shown at the website if I change app?

Most of the reviews app have an export/import modules you can use to extract csv/xls files with all of the reviews data. I know Loox have a import options, so check if Judge.me have an export option. Each review platform has their own data structure, so you probably will have to adjust the Judge.me file to Loox file.

Just wanted to jump in and say that Loox definitely supports importing reviews from Judge.me and from any previous review source using our CSV spreadsheet template.
