Can I manually update currency rates without using Shopify payments?

Hello,

I'd like to be able to have a currency converter where the currency rates are updated manually, without the use of Shopify payments

Is there anything already existing that can fulfil this feature? The only options I found are either auto rates converter or manual through Shopify payments.
