You can certainly issue a partial refund to a customer. Feel free to follow the steps below to do so.
I'm glad to hear you have a cancellation fee! This is a great way to reduce cancellations which can potentially translate into a loss of revenue if the slots don't end up getting taken by other customers. To ensure your store is safe from the adverse effects of cancellations and to turn them into a benefit, consider offering store credit whenever customers cancel the service they book. Offering store credit can boost customer retention as it encourages the customer to go back to your store. It can also likely motivate customers to spend more.
