Can i transfer my app to other partner account?

Is there a way to transfer our shopify app to other partner account

I'd love to also be able to do this.

In the past I've had to create the app on another partner account, duplicate all the settings. Then swap the API keys in my app code to the new app's details.

I think that this is possible by contacting the Shopify Partner support

Just following up, the support team managed to transfer my app to another partner account, although must say it took a couple of weeks for the ticket to get sorted.

Yes they were.

It just took a long time, partly down to third party taking ages to respond to Shopify support.
