Can I use a theme app extension for approval in the Shopify app store?

I Shopify, I am facing an issue in my app was build in Laravel 10, and app use rest API to add section in theme so can I need theme app extension for my app for approval from Shopify app store or not

Yes, if your app adds sections to themes you should be using Theme App Extensions. I would highly recommend looking at remix/shopify cli 3. It is surprisingly easy to create theme app extensions.
