Can I use Walmart and Amazon APIs in a public Shopify app?

Hi,
Hope you are doing well. I want to build an public Shopify app in which I am going to use Walmart and Amazon API's to fetch the data into Shopify App. I just want to confirm, is Shopify allow to use public app for maintain the data of Amazon and Walmart Stores? or there is any restriction that Public Shopify App only works for Shopify Stores.
