Can my app automatically list products as a sales channel?

Hey, I'd like to have my app as a sales channel. So, when a storefront installs my app, can I list all their products by default on the installed sales channel or should the brand manually select every product and choose my app as a sales channel?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I'm happy to provide some guidance on apps to ensure this gets resolved. 

Currently, any apps that are installed into the shop (i.e custom apps and/or apps from the Shopify App Store) will populate within the Apps section of the Shopify admin. With this, creating it as a sales channel would be considered a limitation. 

I can completely understand the impact of this, but am more than happy to share this feedback with our Developers. Customizations to the admin (i.e creating sales channels) are not currently available, but are always looking for ways to improve the platform. While I cannot guarantee this change, the more feedback received on this feature will lead to its likelihood for change.
