Can option apps be accessed from both the website and back office?

My product is fully customizable with multiple options. There are great option apps that exist, however those options are only visible to the website. Meaning if a customer called me and wanted to place an order over the phone, I can't access those options from the back office. Are there any option apps out there that show on both the website & the back office?

I feel like I'm trying to invent the wheel here. Being able to customize product from the back office should be standard. I've looked into POS options with apps added on, but it's the same result. Any ideas?

Hope you're doing well. Can you please elaborate a little bit? You mentioned that if your customer places an order over the phone how you can access those options from the office? May I know if those options are available on that options list that you're giving to your customer or not? If you can provide me a clear picture of your query, it would be helpful for me to suggest you a solution.
