Can product options apps support draft orders on Shopify?

Do any of the product options app support draft orders?

I require an app that shows the product variants while a User is creating a draft order.

All Variant options seem to be on the store front-end only. This means that, it’s impossible to use option sets for draft orders creation via the Shopify backend.

I'm looking for an app that when a product is selected, it gives you a field for it's required options, similar to the front end experience for the customer. Does this app exist? Any other suggestions to resolve this issue  are welcome too.

Could you elaborate on this? You should be able to select the variant/option when selecting a product for draft order. What am I missing?
