Can Shop Pay be removed from a single product?

Is it possible to removed shoppay from a single product?

You could create a specific product template for that product and hide the quick buy / Apple Pay button and only have add to cart.

Sorry ignore the above, I don't think it would be possible, as shop pay is at the checkout stage.
