Can Shopify's Digital Downloads app deliver multiple file types?

I am starting a store selling ebooks. 

I want to provide both mobi file and epub files after the person has paid.

Is the Digital Downloads app from Shopify not capable of delivering this? It seems like it can only handle one upload?

I'm having the same problem. It's a huge barrier to people picking my ebooks up from my personal store.
