CAN'T CHANGE SIZE FONT NARRATIVE FONT + FONIFY

Dear All, 

I asked some help to Shopify about font.

The support staff tell me to download the app fonify. I download it, I installed a font and now I can't change the size of the font and also I can't change font from sopify. I taked out the app from shopify also I delete the code related ( as the support team told me) but the problem is still pending to solved

I wrote several times to shopify but nobody reply and help me.

please can you help?
