Can't choose products or customer while creating a draft order?

When I attempt to create a draft order, it will not allow me to choose products or a customer. If I start with a customer first it will not allow me to edit the products.  Anyone else having this issue?

I took some time to test out different workflows when creating a draft order and did not run into any issues when adding, removing, or editing customers/products. I can also confirm that we do not have any system wide issues regarding this. Kindly try out a few troubleshooting steps to rule out a potential local issue:

  • Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
  • Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
  • Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
  • Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
