Can't find Sourcinbox in my locations, how to fix this?

Im using or atleast trying to use sourcinbox as my 3rd party fulfillment centre 

they dont show up on my locations so i can not add shipping rates etc. which leaves my webshop unable to use for costumers 

any idea on how to fix this

I’ve used sourcinbox and they were horrible. Lots of issues with delivery, I calculated and roughly 15% of my orders had delivery problems - items returned to sender for no reason, damaged package, warehouse delayed shipment by 2 weeks, mixing up items for different customers. The worst part was that they wouldn’t offer monetary reimbursement for the losses of the delivery as they have “no control”. Used them fulfilled 100+ orders and decided to stick with Alibaba default shipping, which is faster and only 5% error rate.
