Can't see Ablestar app on my end.

Please help. My admin installed Ablestar for me to manipulate listings in bulk but can't see Ablestar on my end. I tried to restart my PC, clear cookies/cache and use VPN so I can see it. My nothing happened.

My name is Alison, I'm the Customer Success Specialist for Ablestar apps.  I'm sorry about the problems you are having accessing the app.

How are you trying to access the Bulk Product Editor?  If you click 'apps' on the left hand side of your Shopify screen, so you see the Bulk Product Editor on the list of apps?

If not, can you send me the URL for your Shopify store so I can check our logs?
