App reviews, troubleshooting, and recommendations
Does anyone know if can run two stock sync apps at the same time? I am using StockSync and want to connect an app connector which syncs inventory through Shopify.

Hi @Coriander ,
It depends on how you want to use those apps, if you want to work with part of your catalog on one app and another part of the catalog on another app it shouldn't cause any issues, but if you want to update same products on 2 apps you may end up with having some issues.
Example if 2 apps tries to create same product, it may end up with an error on one of the apps because it will be update to create that product (if there is a logic which checks if that product exist) otherwise you may have duplicated products (shopify starts indexing products handles if you try to create same product twice).
It mostly depends on how those apps are implemented, so I believe the best way would be to contact each of those apps developers and ask them how their apps behaves in one or another scenario.

Thank you so much. I have no luck asking this question with anyone else. I appreciate you taking the time. 😉
Hi Coriander,
Sorry, I get to see your question. I am a team member from syncX: Stock Sync. Logically, it is possible. I recommend you provide your store details so our support team can help check the settings to understand better. Do reach out to support at [email protected].
Thanks,
Jor
