Can unembedd Shopify apps get approved outside the Iframe?

Can somebody tell me if Shopify apps, such as unembedd apps, are approved outside of the Iframe?

Yes they are approved if outside Iframe but it in this case shopify app bridge doesn’t work

Non embedded apps don't need to be in a (shopify app) iframe, as far as I know.
