Can we customize installed apps in our online store like WordPress plugins?

is it possible to customize the Shopify apps based on our needs in the Shopify store? like wordpress plugins
Note: I mean others apps which we install on our shop. 
Note: The app has an iframe on the front end and I want to change the styling of the iframe elements.
Note: Or append new styling to the Iframe

I'm no expert when it comes to API and app related questions but I can say that this ability to edit the individual third-party apps would be at the discretion of the app developers themself. I would recommend getting in touch with the app developers whose apps you want to make changes to in order to see if it's possible.

I'm also new to Shopify and don't know if can make it app customization in any way. 
I can easily add or remove or customize plugins codes on wordpress, here I searched a lot but didn't find any option for that.

No, unfortunately, there is no way to customize an app in Shopify which is added into your Shopify store as an Iframe. The info your store receives from the app had a defined look that you can take control of.
