Can we embed buy frames on Wordpress microsites to checkout?

Hi, we have our e-commerce store on Shopify Plus. We sell various brands on it and those brands have their micro-sites.

All sites are built on wordpress.  We do not sell anything on these microsites at the moment.

I am thinking is it possible to embed buy frames on these microsites so that customer can checkout from the microsite and order gets created into our main e-commerce store?

Looking forward to suggestions.
