Can we get whitelisted by Shopify for trademark policy violation?

As part of the marketing team, we are running Google Ads to promote the translation app. We are now setting up the ads and have run into a trademark policy for using Shopify in the ads copy. Does anyone know if Shopify will whitelist us for the trademark policy violation or do we need to not use Shopify in our ads copy?
