Can we sort products by date published in Liquid collection?

Howdy! At this momeny we have in liquid 

collection.sort_options

standart sort (e.g. alphabetical, hot, by price, date created, etc) 
Can we do sort for  by date published? Thanks!

1. Click here.
   
2. Then click here
3. 
4. You will now see the collection options. Choose any collection you prefer.
5. Click here and you will find various options nad wait some time and refresh your page . Your selected products will be displayed on your site based on the chosen options.

With the app, you can create and sort collections with endless filters and sorters based on your store data. Of course, once set up the rules it will automatically resort according to the data. One of the parameters is called Published date, you can use it to sort your products based on your need. If you want it based on a new product you can define the number of days that suits your business. Each business defines new products differently. One store will say new products are published in the past week and the other will define new products in two weeks.
You really have full dynamic control over the setup of your collections.

Hi @Jonathan_Touson ! Thank you for your answer! I really have a full access to my products, but i do not have acces to work with the collection sorting (or i don't know how to correct work with that). I need to set by date pubslihed, in dropdown, my theme is Dawn, doesent have that one option. I have checked liquid api, they do not allow to sort by date published. Your plugin fix that?

If you mean that on the front side, your customers will have the ability to sort then No this is not what we do.
If you meant that you are looking to automatically sort your collection pages, then you can really do everything using the app.
