Can you automate image export from product metafields?

In our shop, I have a product metafield which is an image. I'd like to automate an export of this image for all products and re-name it as the product title.

Is there any way to do this? Matrixify wasn't able to help but I'm wondering if Flow or Mechanic or something might?
