Hey, @va_monic.

That's a great question! Thanks for reaching out. I'm happy to provide you with some more information.

It's definitely possible to display shipping rates from multiple carriers at one time. Before we begin, may I ask where your business is located? As well, are you hoping to show carrier-calculated rates to your customers at checkout, for both FedEx and UPS? Do you have your own carrier accounts that you're hoping to use? This information will be very helpful in determining your next best steps.

For example, if you run your business in the United States, you can use Shopify Shipping to display UPS rates. You could also connect your FexEx Carrier account, by enabling third-party carrier calculated shipping. Then, at checkout, your customer would have the option to either select the UPS rates or the FedEx rates. Is that the outcome that you're hoping for?

Looking forward to hearing back from you, so that we can continue to work on this together.

Hi @va_monic

Of course, you can include both FedEx and UPS in your checkout page.

Go to Setting → Shipping and delivery → Delivery methods at checkout → Manage rates

If you ship from different warehouse you can manage the rate depending on each warehouse.

You can also manage your shipping for both FedEx & UPS using Ship&co application. Shipping information buyers selected in Shopify checkout will show in Ship&co and it requires you only few clicks to get your labels. You can also compare the rates of each carriers in Ship&co too. If you already have your carrier accounts, feel free to try this service. When signing up, you will start 14-day free trial with no commitment (no credit card info required).

Hi @va_monic,

You can definitely integrate both FedEx and UPS in your store at the same time under the Shopify Shipping and Delivery section. However, if you are looking for an end-to-end shipping solution Multi Carrier Shipping label app will be the ideal choice. The app integrates with FedEx and UPS seamlessly, allowing you to display live rates, generate shipping labels, request carrier pickup, and track orders.
