Can you change billing currency with GraphQL Admin API in Laravel?

"The GraphQL Admin API now allows for the creation of app charges using the merchant's billing currency"
I switched the usage charge API from REST to GraphQL in my Laravel app to set the currency to "CAD" instead of "USD," but unfortunately, I didn't observe any changes. Has anyone successfully managed to do this?
