Can you link a contact form to Google Sheets?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has linked contact forms to Google Sheets, so that when a customer submits a form through our contact page, it automatically populates a Google Sheets spreadsheet. SquareSpace had this feature and it was extremely useful for our business but it seems that Shopify doesn't have this feature.

With Squarespace, the forms are coded by Squarespace itself so it's easy to have an integration to other platforms. Shopify forms are coded by whoever developed the theme you're using and each form varies significantly in terms of the backend code. What data do you need to see in a spreadsheet? If you use a Shopify forms app the data will appear on your Customers page in the Shopify Admin area.

You're building a Shopify brand, so build on Shopify. 

Looking for a free alternative to Google Forms? Use Shopify forms.
Need more customization? Use Helium Customer Fields. The data is saved to a customer record in Shopify, including custom fields (as customer metafields).

Or use Google Forms. Then later on when your brand is growing you'll have to untangle the web of non-Shopify apps you've strung together.
