Can you recommend an app for partial payments on Shopify?

Hello,

Is anybody aware of an app or plug in for shopify that enables customers to part pay for a product in leu of a second final payment. The first payment acts as a holding deposit the second settles the invoice and enables shipping. We have tried various solutions but need the product to remain unpaid but out of stock.

Do you know of any other apps that do this one feature without all the other overhead?  I'm looking for a simple plugin that will allow me to charge a customer 50% up front for an item and require remaining payment at some later date upon pickup.
