Can you store and retrieve keys in admin while developing a public app?

Hi, I had a doubt while  developing  public app, I've installed it successfully. In admin I can able to view the page here, I am gonna added input field to collect key for using this app. so I am trying to add the keys in store details.

Is it possible to store and retrive them
