Cancel & Refund: reason technical error in unable to create a private app to intergrate ship rocket

Hi,

We are unable to create  private app for integrating ship rocket. We were trying and its continuously giving error -problem loading page because of which we were unable to launch our store & lost our business. We want to cancel our subscription as we couldn't use your platform & want our refund of 29$ back, We are an small non profit trying to promote the works of persons with disabilities in rural India in a very small scale. Its very unfortunate that shopify charged us $29 for nothing & our problem is unresolved.
