Cannot connect my Shopify to Facebook Page or Instagram

Every time I try to connect my Shopify to Facebook or Instagram I get a pop up that reads, "This Page needs to be owned by the selected Business Manager to continue." And when i try to connect my Business Manager to continue it tells me, "Page connect failed, try again." There is no contact or page that has helped on the Facebook platform. So, please help in any way. Thanks.
