Cannot get the customer's data in order

In my integration with Shopify using Node.js on a basic plan, I've encountered difficulty accessing customer data when fetching orders. The response I receive does not include the desired customer information. I'm seeking assistance on how to access customer data within the constraints of the basic plan. If you have any insights or suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

You would have to ask Shopify to allow customer data on your Shopify app. Normally, we you would go to our Partner Dashboard > apps > your app, then on left side you'll see API Access. There you'll see to an option to ask Shopify to grant your app access to Protected Customer data. Fill out the form then you'll get the customer data you want.
