Cannot process payment regardless which cards

I tried to check out but I kept getting “There was an issue processing your payment. Try again or use a different payment method”.  It was just working fine a day ago, with same payment info.  I added 2 different new cards but no avail.  There was no flag on my credit cards either.  I even tried to open a new account and still cannot check out.  

 

I can pay successfully with the same payment method via the merchant’s website with shop app, but problem in the actual app or shop app website itself.

 

Help please.

It looks like you are a customer. You can try to reach out to the store owner or double check with your card provider to make sure that there is no any restrictions in your account.
