Cannot Set Up Facebook (Meta) Business Manager

Hello,

I am trying to set up Facebook marketing. However, I am stuck at step 2: Connect the Business Manager. I used my personal Facebook account which is the Admin of my business account at step 1.

However, it kept showing me "No existing Business Manager found". If I clicked "Creating Business Manager", it showed "You can only create 2 Business Manager accounts. To create a new one, you need to delete an existing Business Manager".

Besides, it seems that the Facebook business manager is deprecated. I found no clue how to connect Meta Business Suite. Could you please help me around?
