I'm trying to select a plan through the app but when I enter my information for my card the save card and start plan buttons won't turn green so I can't press either. I've tried restarting my phone and everything in order to get a plan and it still won't work. Is there anything else I can try to get a plan?

If so, I'd confirm you are following the steps outlined below to successfully select a paid subscription plan:
Head to Settings > Plan, from the Shopify admin.
Under the Plan Details section, you should be prompted to select one of the listed subscription plans.
Select the subscription plan of your choice, add payment details, and click Save.
If after attempting the steps mentioned above, you continue having trouble with selecting a plan, you can complete the following troubleshooting steps:
Clear your Cache and Cookies.
Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
Try accessing the shop from Another Device (i.e desktop or laptop).
If all the steps listed above have been exhausted, but you continue to experience an issue with selecting a subscription plan, please feel free to Contact Support. This will allow you to connect with our advisor team, where they will be able to investigate further and ensure it gets resolved.
