Cart's Attributes Do NOT Reset After Reload Checkout Page Or Update Cart

Hi all,

I have a question about Cart's Attributes.

A few days ago, Cart's Attributes reset after reload Checkout page.

But today, Cart's Attributes do NOT reset.

Is Shopify have just updated behavior about Cart's Attributes ?

Please help me to explain this.
