Change language on the Shopify mobile app (Android)

TLDR;

Is it possible to change the display language of the mobile app "Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store" for android, without changing the language of my android-device (Android 11)?

Issue:

I'm using the "Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store"-app from the Google Play Store. The app is installed on an android (using Android 11) device used by my employees, so they can create products, take pictures of products and manage online orders, without having to use a computer.

The devices we are using are bought overseas. This means the android-firmware on the devices are missing the Danish language for Android that we are using in my country, meaning the device language is in English. 

When we open the "Shopify - Your Ecommerce Store"-app on the devices the app is also shown in English.

Is this possible to change the language of the app to Danish without changing the device language? 

We can see that the app supports the Danish language, because it works on devices containing the Danish language.

So is there anywhere you can set display-language for the Shopify app, without changing the device-language?
