Change stock to zero automatically after certain time

Hi guys,

I'm wondering if anyone knows an app or just some way to change stock to zero or even just turn off "Continue selling when out of stock." automatically.

My business model is to organize products for people which usually have a 2 week window to order before orders being cut off.

So I'm looking for a way to be able to list the product on my Shopify store and after the 2 week period it changes to Sold Out.

Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.

I am not sure about the app is available for this kind of functionality but  It's possible via custom code. As per my understanding, you want to change the product out of stock after a certain time window. Yes?

Yes, exactly.

So when I list an item for sale, I want it to change to zero stock but still be visible in the store after 10 days.

So this isn't exactly the solution you're looking for, but with ModeMagic, you can set automated badges on your product image that say "Sold Out" after two weeks!
