I installed an App logged in as a "Staff" user. However, now I am getting the monthly billing receipts for the App. I need them to go to the main Store Owner email or possible another. Is there a way to change that?

If the app is installed through the Shopify App Store, then the app charges should go to the card linked to the store - which is usually associated with the store owner. If there's a mistake there, then I'd recommend speaking with the store owner about updating the card on file.
If the app is installed through a third-party website or integration, then the app charges may be billed directly from the app developers and not through Shopify. In these instances, you can try managing the billing through their website.
That being said, can you confirm the name of the app? Also, is the store owner able to assist you with adjusting staff permissions?
The app is Accessibly. I installed it via the Shopify App store. The correct credit card is being charged. It's just that the user I am signed in as and installed the app with is getting the billing email so I have to forward it to my "store owner" so they know of the charges.
