I was charged by an app that has been uninstalled - Specify - Product Features

Can someone help me with this?

Thanks for your message, I would be happy to point you in the right direction for this. This is not something we could help you out with over the community forums, however, if you downloaded the app from our app store we should be able to send a refund request to the developers. In order to do this, you will need to reach out to us through our help center and chat with one of our support advisors to get that started. You can do this by logging into your store through the help center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results.
