Can anyone give me some tips about a chatbot solution that I can use on my store.

I do not want to use some live chat because I dont have the time. There is to much phonecalls and emails at the moment....

I need a solution for the mots commón questions like:

Where is my order?

Do you have item xxx in stock?

Invoice questions?

return of gods?

You set up target questions, then create auto-responses to answer them.
