Chat Widget for my online store, that sends a transcipt of our conversation in an email to both

Hi there we are looking for a chat widget for our store, that when a customer initiate a chat with us his initial inquiry and all conversations moving forward are documented in an email. We would like to be able to store our conversations with our customers so that we can always look back to improve or see trends in response to what the needs are.
