Why does my chat box on the top say ....... Leave a number and we'll text you back as soon as we're available (an email address works too).
How do I get rid of it?
I've been trying to get rid of it too. Also.. now, I can't send text receipts to my customers via the POS system. 😞 I wonder if this is related.. Hopefully, Shopify can figure this out soon.
I don't have an answer but I also don't like that.
Also, why does it flag that little red circle like indicating a message - as a consumer I find that annoying.
