Chatbox that doesn't slow down website speed

hey guys! can anyone recommend a chatbox they used for their website to communicate with customers. In particular one that doesn't slow down their website speed?

Have you tried out Shopify Inbox? I haven't come across any store speed issues when using this app. You can read and respond to your customers' messages using Shopify Inbox on your desktop computer or your mobile device, as well as send product links, images, or discount codes.

Shopify Inbox also lets you manage customer conversations, customize the chat appearance on your online store, create automatic responses, and view conversation analytics from your Shopify admin.

Thank you for your suggestion! I tried using shopify box but it doesn't allow me to have multiple log ins because I have multiple stores.

If you have multiple Shopify stores you can easily do so from within your admin. Which doesn't require you to reenter your details every time. The store switcher contains the Shopify stores where you have an account with the same email address. So as long as the stores have the same email you can switch. More on that can be found here. 

Otherwise, you can open up multiple windows in your browser for each store you want to manage and view the Shopify Inbox from there. If there is anything else I can help you with, please let me know.
