Checkout on Facebook does not sent any notifications

We recently switched our Facebook shop to Facebook checkout, not redirect to our site for purchase.

When a customer buys from our Facebook shop they do not get any confirmation email or shipping email.

Is there any way to have Facebook customers get an order confirmation and a shipping email?
