Checkout Page - Remove Buy Now Button

I'm wondering if it's possible to remove this button because I want to use a payment method other than shopiffy. Through an extension I was able to create the button that connects me to make the payment on the external platform, but I can't remove the “Buy Now” button that has already been implemented.

Is that possible?

Can you please share your store URL so I can check this? Also, can you provide a screenshot of the Buy Now button you are referring to?

I'm just using your default themes to see if it's possible. Basically I have the following goal. Create an app that I can implement on different sites and make a small change in which I stop using the default payment button and start using one created by me that takes the necessary information to the external payment platform.

In the image I've added the small Pay Now button, but I'm not sure if I'm allowed to remove the default button.
