Checkout UI Extension Not Showing

Hi,

We've developed an app which bundles a checkout UI extension and it got published to the Shopify app store.

We're trying to test the checkout ui extension on a store but after installing the app successfully, the checkout ui extension does not seem to appear on the store checkout page.

The extension sends an API request to a server as soon as it loads to gather some info.

Looking at the network tab, I don't see any API requests to that server which leads me to believe the extension is not being loaded.

I do not see any errors in the dev console.

Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
